PEDs: Human-Canine Bond

During our walk yesterday, we were talking about how special the human-canine bond is.

Fostered over tens of thousands of years, this bond is such a special one -- especially to those in modern day who know what it is to love a pooch.

One thing we do know is that spending time together and learning to communicate effectively helps further the bond between our individual pooches and us.  And what better place to do so than a pack walk!

How do you improve on your relationship with your pooch?

  1. I guess by spending time with them, training, playing or just hanging out. Getting to know their individual differences helps too.

  2. The human-animal bond is one of my favorite things to watch. I have always felt that training, walking, playing, feeding and just spending time together are the best ways to bond.

  3. I cannot get enough of your PEDs walk updates! I read once (no clue where in fact I could be making this up) that walking your dog is the best way to strengthen and solidify bonds. Even cleaning up after them on walks is something they view as bonding. Again, might have formulated this in my head but aside from snuggling, I feel most at one with the boys on walks.
